QB Partners appoint additional Trust and Estate Planning Consultant.

QB Partners have announced a further addition to its senior team with the appointment of Scott Hood as Trust and Estate Planning Consultant. QB Partners launched its Qualified Trust and Estate Planning service in June 2017, following the appointment of Bob Easton to develop this service, and it has been extremely well received in the market. David White, Managing Director of QB Partners said;

"We are extremely pleased that Scott has agreed to join us in order to help us to continue to expand our proposition. In addition to having significant experience in trust and estate planning Scott is a business protection specialist and has recently qualified to become a member of the Society of Will Writers. QB Partners wish to continue to broaden the areas in which we can offer technical support to professional advisers and in addition to working with Bob to strengthen our trust and estate planning capability Scott's appointment allows us to offer business protection support and to plan the development of a will writing service."

Scott is a Fellow of the Personal Finance Society, Chartered Financial Planner and law graduate. He has a broad background in financial planning with large financial services organisations both in the UK and internationally and is well known in the international financial services market.

Scott Hood added: I am delighted to be joining QB Partners as a Trust and Estate Planning Consultant. It is exciting to be working with a business which is known internationally for helping financial advisers meet client needs. Between them the QB Partners team have a wealth of knowledge and experience and I am looking forward to being part of their technical hub. The launch of Qteps in 2017 set out to meet a genuine need in the financial planning market as people's lives become more complicated and I am eager to be involved in this."
