QB Partners Limited are registered to handle personal data with the Office of the Data Protection Supervisor in the Isle of Man.

The information gathered for our Suitability Report Service , Specialist Adviser service, Trustee Registration Service  (TRS) or any other consultancy service may involve financial advisers in releasing information regarding a client's circumstances and objectives. This information should not be released to us without the client's consent. Any information provided for these purposes will be handled as described in this Privacy Policy and will not be released to any third party without consent.

What we do with the information we gather
We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:

Internal record keeping. We may use the information to improve our services. We may periodically send promotional emails about new services, technical updates or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided. From time to time, we may also use your information to contact you for market research purposes. We may contact you by email, phone, or mail. As described in the What we collect section above, we may ask financial advisers to release information regarding a client's circumstances and objectives, in order that we may provide the adviser with a suitability report or access to our Specialist Adviser Service,TRS service or any other consultancy service. This information should not be released to us without the client's consent. Any information provided for these purposes will be handled as described in this Privacy Policy and will not be released to any third party without consent.


Security
We are committed to ensuring that any information provided to us is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online and via other means.
