Budget changes to UK pension system still possible

The UK chancellor George Osborne's widely reported decision to abandon plans to shake up the pension taxation in this month's budget still leaves room for tinkering with the pensions system, analysts said. Late on Friday, the UK Treasury revealed to local media that Osborne had decided there would not be any changes to the current system of pensions tax relief at all in the next budget, due to be announced on 16 March.
