About Us

QB Partners  was founded in 2009. We provide fee based independent  technical support to professional advisers and product providers and our areas of expertise are in international pensions, cross border trust and estate planning, and wealth insurance The QB Partners consultants are supported by an international panel of tax advisers.

Professional advisers have to be able to advise on all aspects of a client's circumstances and cannot always be experts in all areas. QB Partners offers independent, accessible and solutions driven technical support, compliance support and due diligence. Working with QB Partners allows advisers to engage with clients who have complex, cross border financial planning needs, whilst reducing the risk to the adviser firm.

QBConnect

QBConnect provides firms with immediate, easy access to QB Partners specialist consultants to get the answers you need, when you need them - via our Independent Technical Helpdesk (with 1 hour per month included).

Our technical library, online tools and monthly updates provide constant value, even in periods where our Technical Helpdesk is not required.

QBConnect’s £250 monthly subscription cost provides advice firms with access to all of the QBConnect services for up to 10 users (contact us to discuss additional users).

QB Partners do not give advice directly to members of the public. In the event of any information provided by us in suitability reports or other documents being incorrect, advisers would have recourse to us and we have professional indemnity insurance in place to cover such an eventuality, if necessary.

How Are We Paid?

There is a minimum monthly fee of £250 charged for membership of QBConnect. Additional time-costed work is charged at £250ph. Adviser firms do not have to be members to work with us, but there is a discount for members on client specific work such as the fees we charge for the suitability reports we prepare. 

Service Standards

QB Partners understand the importance of providing a high level of service to the professional advisers that we work with. The following are some of our key service standards:

We aim to respond to telephone messages within 24 hours
We aim to reply to email enquiries within 24 Hours
We aim to produce a suitability report within 5 working days
